The Challenge:
As part of ETS' 2022 web redesign copywriting team, I was tasked with updating many web sections, including About ETS, Careers at ETS, TOEFL Primary and TOEFL Junior sections.
Two goals for the new site were to cut the amount of information on the site by one quarter and lower the reading level from that of a college sophomore to that of a 9th grader.
The Solution:
Through the use of eye-catching component choices, and intense copy cuts and rewrites, I successfully scaled back the amount of information in these sections of the site and presented information in a modern and clean format.
